Reservations

Both of our rooms are priced at $145.00 per night plus 11% Hotel-Motel tax

Minimum stay on weekends is two nights.

Minimum stay on holidays is three nights.

25% off during winter months on weekdays

15% off during winter months on weekends and/or holidays

Children, extra guests and camping

Well-behaved children over the age of 7 are charged at the same rate as adults. Please consult with us. Two adults per room included in price. Extra guests are charged $30.00 per guest, per night. Camping is available only in combination with both room rentals. When camping, the campers will pay $30.00 per camper, per night and that price does include a Continental breakfast.

Only under certain circumstances we will accept children under the age of 7. Please consult with us. If accepted, the charge for the little bugger is the same as a child over 7.

Dogs and other pets

Dogs pay $20.00 per dog, per night. No other kind of pets admitted in TierraLinda

The price includes:

Doing nothing and enjoy the Peacefulness of TierraLinda;

Two persons per room on a Queen size bed. Extra persons are $30.00/each per night;

Full country breakfast served at around 9 am. If you are not ready for breakfast at that time, you can have a self-serve service of Coffee, Toast, Juice and Fruit;

Tierra-Vision instead of Tele-Vision;

Daily Chicken Soup from DaPuppies to your puppy;

A couple of cocktails a day and after that please BYOB

Bonfire when the weather permits;

Swimming, fishing, boating, floating;

Walking trails in our woods by the creeks;

Ice skating and Ice-fishing in winter;

The use of all of TierraLinda attractions: Romantic suspension bridge, private sandy beach on a super-duper clean spring-fed pond. For those of you who know, TierraLinda’s count of colonies per 100 ml sample has never been higher than three (3). State’s regulations require that a public beach shall be closed when the level of colonies is five hundred (500) or more! per 100 ml sample.

Reservations

Make a Reservation

A deposit for the amount of the reservation is required and must be sent to TierraLinda, either by check via our address (see our Contact page), or through paypal to our email address:  Reservations@TierraLinda.com

If you have not yet registered with PayPal, you can do so at paypal.com.

Cancellations

We have what is called a seven days cancellation policy. This means is that if you cancel your reservation within the week prior to your scheduled arrival day, and if we cannot re-book the room for the days that you had booked it, then you loose your deposit. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee that applies in the other cases.

Check-in

Check-In is between 4 pm and 6 pm, for late arrivals, please call us at (815) 777-1234 to make arrangements.

You need to e-mail us your cell phone number at least 48 hours before your arrival, so we can contact you in case of an emergency.

On the day of your arrival, please call TierraLinda by 1 pm at (815) 777-1234 and inform us of your travel plans.

Later, when you are in the town of Elizabeth, Hanover or Dubuque (depending of where you are coming from) please call again.

This call is to warn us of your impending arrival so we can put “DaPuppies” in the barn and have a civilized introduction at the beach. We do not want those “Puppies” to scratch your car when trying to find out who came in.
